I think you'd do better to wash AFTER you left this campground. It is intensely dense with trees. The amount of stuff that comes down is remarkable. But likely not, like most campgrounds.

Agree with the other answer. I wouldn't bother, but unlikely anyone from the park would come around. Not a real well maintained State Park.

Not sure if it’s officially allowed but I wouldn’t recommend it. Sites are dirt and everything would just end up a muddy mess. This campground is basically a swamp near the beach.
