It is now $20 per spot for 24 hours. Our 25 ft Class C took up two spots thus $40. Huge parking lot. Plenty of availability on a Sunday night in March. Town was a-hopping.

Plenty of parking spaces but make sure to pay for the spaces you are using. Our rv is 26' so we paid 10$ per space for a total of 20$ per 24hrs period. Very cheap but dont try to fool around, booting fee is 90$ and it is fast installed. Beware. You are about a 9 minute walk to burbon street. Good deal

We weren’t spending the night but was told by the attendant that the RV Rate is $50 regardless. The app was going to charge $5. I didn’t want to chance it. We spent the day at the French Quarter. We spent the day at the French Quarter. The heat index was 114 and we walked anyway. Had to shower upon return. I would probably Uber next time if it’s hot. We went to Cafe Du Monde and the French Market. It was a good 20 minute walk each way.

I parked, paid the fee and went on with my day in the French quarter. When I returned there was a boot on the RV and a notice that said I owed $135 to have the boot removed. I had to pay and learned a hard lesson. The real RV rate is $50 and it’s not bad considering it’s proximity to French quarter but since i didn’t pay that rate, I got the “boot”. Apparently the pay machine comes up with the RV rate but I didn’t see it. Best to call the office to find out how and if you don’t know you paid the RV rate don’t park there unless you want to get the boot and pay the $135 penalty.

Max time to park is 1 day so the app would not allow me to extend the time but it allow me to start a new parking session for 24 hrs ($10). This parking is monitored quite often so do not let your time lapse; they will boot your vehicle. Very quiet and peaceful for urban parking so close to Bourbon Street action (5-10 min walk).
Felt very safe sleeping in our vehicle.
