"Popular Spot For A Good Reason "

Arrived early May. Snow still on the mountains and rainy on the flats. This is a very popular campground with good reason. Full view of the Tetons and incredible cell reception. Road in is decently easy. We arrived Saturday 10:30am and got a good spot for our 35ft class A. There were 2 spots open in our area and the tent area (sites 9&10) was...

"Beautiful Scenery"

We stayed in Mesquite site 79 which is the far end of the canyon. Site was nice with shade structure over picnic table. Great hiking trails. Beautiful location. Shower house was a bit old and tired. Some of the other campgrounds within the park are newer and probably nicer, but we liked our location with the canyon walls looming over us.

"Expensive Once You Add The Entry Fee"

We needed a 50 amp outlet to charge our Rivian pulling our Casita camper. The power supply was fine. Feels like mostly seasonal campers. No real charm. Spent one night.

We picked Bennett Spring State Park because it was on our way, got excellent ratings, and was available on a weekend in early May. And it is a well-maintained campground, with good showers, pretty good spacing for most sites, friendly staff and a family atmosphere. Picked up water at the entry dump station, and all sites have...
