Yes - walkable in fact. Great campground. There is a small store right near the campsites.

Yes the Trading Post is in the same loop.

If you are referring to the upper area then yes there is a camp store at the entrance road to the upper camping area. Check hours and I have only bought wood and ice cream snacks so I'd imagine they have ice too.
