We store our trailer here and have had to use the dump station which is very good. The storage grounds are monitored 24/7 and well secured. I would definitely recommend this for storage as well as a dump station. The dump station is open to the public during office hours. The cost is $20 to dump but is discounted to $10 for clients who store their RV's here which we do.
