12 or so RV spots that are very close to level with several surrounding regular spots. There is also a bunch of regular size spots in an alcove off the main lot, under the trees and secluded. Nice if you don't have solar or a big rig (though some of those took up multiple van spots by parking across them in spite of open RV spots) :-(

It's not the best neighborhood. Homeless in sleeping bags with shopping carts in the closed gas station at the corner, and low income houses down the street with some boarded up. But I didn't have any issues and didn't notice anyone wandering around the lot.

Noise is the typical highway noise even though it's on the backside of the building. Might be slightly better in the alcove if you have a van/truck.
