Overall Rating
Friendly staff, clean, free laundry. Only downside is the early morning speed boats and constant aircraft noise. But that's to be expected. Gets very windy being right on the water. Requires base access, if you have firearms, declare them at the main gate and they MAY store them at the armory, I'd call ahead.
Best part is that sites have plenty of space between them.

Big rig friendly. Stayed in our 32 ft. 5th
Wheel Denali 262RLX. Large concrete pads, Full Hook-up, 50 amp service. Right on Corpus Christi Bay. If you are not active / retired military you will need to get an MWR pass at the pass office. Sites are very large with picnic table. Free electricity, water, free laundry.
