Playground, mini golf, pools, plenty of walking/biking. Good proximity to stores, shopping, touristy areas to visit. Price was reasonable and the park is extremely clean and they are always on top of maintaining the park. Gated community, we felt very safe here. Price reflects a month stay

If you value setting up camp and relaxing, dont come here everything should be locked up. (They cut the locks on bikes so they come prepared)
Christina at the front desk is great, but management is lacking

Surrounding areas are a little sketch. Front desk is accommodating as they first had us close to the front rows and there’s no way we were going to fit our 32 Ft trailer. Sherri easily placed us in a better spot #278.

Negatives - First assigned site was too short to back our rig in but, they allowed us to move to a pull-thru.

Wow! This place is so cool! We loved our time here and felt very relaxed while staying here. The pools and hot springs were amazing, and I really liked how they were open 24 hours. Many places we have been staying have odd hours for the pool, but this place let's you use the pool and spa when you want to. They also have a great workout facility, clean showers, 2 laundry rooms, corn hole, horse shoe, putt putt and activities. The sites we separated by tall bushes and we couldn't hear the neighbor next to us. My husband worked from the camper the whole time with his Verizon hotspot and had great signal. The only complaint I had was that the wi-fi in the park was not free unless you stayed in a luxury site. I paid for a week to use the wi-fi and had terrible service, I couldn't even use it. I try not to use our hotspot since my husband works from it. Otherwise I highly recommend this park, and we will be back

Site level and has a concrete patio. Views are trashy full time site on one side and park unit on patio side with heat pump noise within 2 feet of front door. Activities are not what they were pre covid. Store still closed. Club house still closed. One of the 2 Hot tubs has the jets not working from day to day. In December the first site we had (179) we could not level. They did agree to allow us to move and we chose a site that was easier to level after digging a hole for our rear tires. I probably will not return for a few more years to give them time to recover if at all.

Nice location right next to desert access if you chose to 4WD at all. People are great news very helpful. Sites are. bit tight no some dirt/gravel sites are not level for nothing larger than 26’.
The $28.00 fee is for Cost-toCost members. Other fees star at $45.00 nd go up.

New Owners. We have been members of this park for many years. No care has been given to even the smallest detail. We were hoping the new owners would take more care of their investment. That has not been the case. The nightly rates have gone up and up but nothing else has changed. The lower popular hot tub and pool has a stop work order by the county building department and thus is off limits for guest use. The same is true for the bathrooms, showers and club house. Numerous members have tried and failed to get appointments with the manager with no success. If you are looking for a mineral bath try another RV Park in DHS.
