We could not get into our HH site due to road conditions. We decided to stay the night at Cabela’s, we asked for permission and signed a log of our class B! Found out we were allowed 48 hours to stay and shop! It is a beautiful location and pretty level place to be! Please, if you stay, clean up after yourselves so we can enjoy a free... more

It is a beautiful location and pretty level place to be!
Please, if you stay, clean up after yourselves so we can enjoy a free nights rest for years to come!

This was a great place for overnight from home to Montana. I have a lot of dogs, so picked a spot in the parking lot on the Southwest side of the store. Only one other camper there, but in the whole parking lot around Cabela's there were about 30 RV's. We got here about 6:30 pm during the middle of the week. Lot's of noise from I-90,... more

Very clean, well lit. They have a special area for RVs and trucks. There were a lot of RVs parked when we got there and we had to choose a spot outside of the truck parking (along with some other RVs). Occasional train horns. Staff was very friendly. Arrived in the large, mostly flat lot after closing. Found a spot that wasn’t too brightly lit amongst numerous other campers in a wide variety of rigs. Surprisingly quiet and safe feeling.

Perfect spot to spend the night. Lots of space and had a kennel section for dogs and even a round horse pen set up at the back of the parking lot. Just go inside Cabellas to the customer service to give them your name, #, Rv license plate and make/model. Super friendly staff! We felt very safe staying here for the night! Just go inside Cabellas to the customer service to give them your name, #, Rv license plate and make/model. Super friendly staff! We felt very safe staying here for the night! Parking sites and long, level, pull throughs.There were about 8 rigs there including ours and the semi to our left stayed running most of the night, while the rv to our right had their generator on most of the night as well. There is the occasional train that honks while passing and you will hear road noise. But it was overall a nice and peaceful free night to park. Also walking distance to gas station if you want some morning coffee or snacks!

Just off the highway, quite, and nice large spaces for larger rigs. Walmart is next door. No Truckers we’re park weed to the right of the building where RV’s were.

Very quiet place. Cabela’s was a quick place to pull off the freeway and get a quality sleep. There were about 20 campers there.
