Just off the hwy and easy to access. We arrived at night and there were still a few spaces open - we opted for #18 which was right at the entrance and we had complete privacy. We arrived at night and there were still a few spaces open - we opted for #18 which was right at the entrance and we had complete privacy.
The CG host wasn't there so we had to drive a few Miles down the road to pick up firewood.
In the morning, we met a lovely couple who were filling in for the host.
The vault toilets and pitch were immaculate!
No rubbish in the fire pit or in the surrounding area - this was lovely after camping at some less clean sites on our way from Georgia to oregon.
Great experience and beautiful spot for star gazing in the forest.

I agree with the other reviewer. Its about a mile off Hwy 20 so no road noice - gravel road mostly smooth. Spacious sites with privacy. CG host pleasant and keeps the grounds clean. Toilet was clean. Recommend. The only "downside" for me was that it's still pretty far from west gate of YNP. Got internet, tho not fast but good enuf.

This small Forest Service campground is meticulously maintained. Excellent trail to the bank of the Henry's Fork, covered with berries in the summer. This small Forest Service campground is meticulously maintained. Excellent trail to the bank of the Henry's Fork, covered with berries in the summer.
Sites have large, level tent platforms, fire rings with grates, picnic table, and wide gravel drives. Saw a few larger 5th wheels. Sites were amply sized for my small camper van.
No services at the sites, though there are water spigots throughout camp.
