Nice COE campground. The sites aren't very level. (we only found a couple that were level) Electric on site, water over 100 feet away. It was a very large site, area for a tent on the site. Fire ring, table, grill and cooking area at the site. It was very close to Hot Springs National Park. lots of chigger bites!!!

We arrived late afternoon on Saterday. This place has lots of sights so we had our pick. Right near the water and the sunset is beautiful. Showers were a little dated but clean and hot. We paid $9 a night with our national parks pass.

Showers we're good, not staffed the first half of the week but there is someone who checks on the sites
None of the sites are anywhere level so be prepared for that.
Plenty of firewood all around, and really quiet at night
$18/night only power at the sites, water and dump areas are separate.

This place is a little farther from town and is less busy than other places. I was there during the week and the place was very quiet. The camp spots are not right on the water but up on the hill. The bathroom and shower rooms were old but very clean and usable. What a great place to stay for $8 with the old folks card.

All of the 87 sites were off a paved road, bathhouses with showers, Electric only can fill your water tank at faucets at the bathhouse or around the campground. 3 areas for camping mainly going down a hill towards the DeGray Lake with a turn around at the end. We had a 32 ft trailer that was a tight turn around. All the sites are paved built into the side of the hill, semi level. Sites that are reserve able and first come first serve. The only issue was lots of boat trailers parked on the side of the road, enough room to get around but some areas tight. No WIFI, No TV stations. Showers needed updated, rusted shower pipes and a older shower heads. Stayed June 11 - 13, 2021

We camp for our dogs, not ourselves, so we drove through Arlie Moore to pick the most remote site from the other people - hence no view of the lake, and in fact, we could see and hear the pump house/ or some kind of facility. We camp for our dogs, not ourselves, so we drove through Arlie Moore to pick the most remote site from the other people - hence no view of the lake, and in fact, we could see and hear the pump house/ or some kind of facility. At first, it was annoying, but then it was like white noise, just tuned it out. If you want a view of the lake, there are great sites. Fairly well maintained older campground with space between campers. We had great Verizon cell service and broadband via phone. Official dog rules - on leash, unofficially, we had no problem with our well trained dogs off leash for runs - in October with few campers. Also toured Edgewood, Caddo, and Rhodes Reservation campgrounds nearby. Arlie Moore was the best. Very quiet, but also had playgrounds for the kids. Great for Lake Degray access, stores and restaurants within 15-30 min drive. Four deer ran right through our campsite, daring our dogs to chase!

Very quiet place to camp. Bathrooms were clean and warm. Hot showers and heated bathrooms. Peaceful and quiet location. Would stay here again. I have only one concern and that is the hiking trail is not well marked (other than the interpretative markets near the trailhead I never saw any blazes on the trail at all) and it’s easy to get lost in the sections it crosses and intersects with what looks like it may be an old logging road. However this is my only concern and that doesn’t reflect on the campground itself!

This place is the start of my America the Beautiful adventure. I came here because my Mom and dad like the place, its clean and peaceful the lake is known for its hybrid stripers. I arrived on Oct. the 1's paid for 5 days (by the way fee went up to $16.00) not knowing when my solar panels would get in.
