This seems to be a lot of long term families living here. It’s overly bright at night and way over priced Checking in was a nightmare, had to do it online and only the 50 amp service worked at our site

This is one of our frequent stops traveling up north. The park manager is nice and the sites are always clean. Full hookups and shower facilities for that are cleaned frequently. Prices are reasonable and cameras/overnight security keep it safe.

Place was packed with people, many appearing to be living there, trash all over, and cops...

Stayed here one night in Jan 2020. No reservation, just drove in, found an empty spot and put money in a drop box envelope. Seemed fine for a parking lot at a fairgrounds with hookups.

Typical for a fairground park; all asphalt sites, pull through/back in, full hookups, large restroom/shower area, manager (Pat) very friendly and helpful. $25 for 30A and $30 for 50A (very reasonable for CA standards). Easy access from CA-14. We were here for a local event. No reservations are accepted. We were told spots are (almost) always available. Many long term residents. Overall a nice, comfortable stay.
Would stay here again should the need arise.

We stayed here one night after picking up our trailer from the manufacturer's service department nearby. The RV parking at the fairgrounds is typical....paved parking spaces with hook-ups. But the facilities were clean and it was surprisingly quiet even though you can see the fairground from Hwy 14. My one complaint was that the bathroom doors were propped wide open making the bathrooms very cold in the morning.
