We were coming North on 101 to get to Allens Bar and we stopped at the Queets gas station/store on the right hand side of the road about 14 miles before we got there. All the store asked for was to purchase something.

I’ll confirm, Queets trading post gas station let’s you fill up on water around back where the diesel pump is located. I spoke to a worker who also said you can use their RV dump for free if you buy gas, too. As of Oct 2022.
