My wife found out about this place and it looked like fun so we thought we'd check it out. Originally planned on only staying one night, but we were enjoying ourselves so we added another night. The resort is very clean and there's plenty of lodging options. Campsites with electric and water, campsites with full hook ups, nice cabins and airstreams. Wifi was easily accessible and the signal was strong. There are two really nice bathhouses with complimentary toiletries and towels provided. One of bathhouses has private outdoor showers which was pretty cool. The large covered patio was very comfortable, and it was nice that they had ice water all day and coffee and snacks in the morning. There's a food truck on site with tasty breakfast and dinner options. The real attraction to the property though, was the drive in theater with nine classic cars that you could sit in and enjoy a different movie every night. The theater had an airstream concession stand with complimentary popcorn and other snacks for purchase. It's definitely a unique property in a great location and we'll be visiting there again on our next trip through Escalante, Utah.

We have a 36’ Class A with a Cherokee Trailhawk tow and stayed in site 45 for 4 days in early May. The sites have typical spacing for a private CG, but most are decently sized and angled so you’re not looking in your neighbor’s windows. The CG has made more changes since our last visit 2 years ago, including new deluxe cabins that are nearly finished. The West bathhouse has open air showers (in season), which is a really nice touch. They’re covered in plexiglass in the colder months. The bathhouses are the nicest we’ve seen most anywhere, not just at a campground. The office/lodge building has a nice covered outdoor area with two large gas fire pits, free coffee, fruit and muffins in the morning if you’re so inclined. They also have a “drive-in” theater with vintage cars you can sit in to watch the movies that are shown Thursday-Sunday and free popcorn too. The staff is awesome, very friendly, helpful and very communicative. They even sell a few Dinner Kits and several Cocktail Kits (except on Sundays & holidays - Utah Laws).
AT&T coverage was good, with 3 Bars of LTE service and speeds up to about 10 MB/s. There were few tall trees, so we were able to get DISH coverage on all three western satellites at our site. We didn’t use the CG WiFi as we had an unobstructed view to the North and so had great Starlink coverage, with speeds up to 17 MB/s. We didn’t try the OTA antenna this time, but had 37 OTA channels last visit with our fixed omni antenna.
No issues with sewer, though it was a little challenging to get the sewer elbow in tight, as the receptacle was somewhat recessed and a fair distance from our black tank.

We enjoyed our stay here in early May. It was not very crowded. Amenities are very nice, modern and clean. We enjoyed the pool and the drive in movie. Even with all the amenities I believe the prices are 30% too high.

Add in a “hot tub” that was generously speaking a tepid tub and it all leaves something to be desired - again, as compared to the cost.
Staff were amazing and, as others mentioned, the breakfast food truck is a great feature - just wish it were open beyond breakfast.

The whole high end endeavor is oddly located in an area of cowboy bars and ranches. The bathrooms and showers and pool would not be out of place in a 5 star hotel.
Having a food truck for dinners and breakfast is inspired as the local eateries are not. The outdoor eating/lounging/library area is gorgeous too.
This is apparently the second year of operation and they seem to have all the bases covered..meals to go, wine and cocktails, high end everything. Gorgeous pool and vast hot tub.
Oddly, for a big night sky place they have a neon VACANCY sign that shines right into the camp sight and is on all night (hint, there is an off switch right by it!!)
The staff are plentiful, young and delightful. It is a shame that the first thing you see when you drive in is the unsightly staff housing.
Good wifi even a long way out.

Millions have been spent on pretty buildings but they burn their trash illegally and pollute the environment. Perhaps the manager is saving some money by burning all their trash. Hope that you are downwind. The place has a toxic feel after the excitement wears off from the fancy showers etc. Seems the new cabins have no bathroom and no view. They look new and modern but it is just a roof over your head for alot of money. There is free coffee though. An expensive new Boguss trailer was delivered while I was there. So saving a little money by polluting the environment helps pay for it. Decadent and disgusting!!!!

The cucumber jalapeño was particularly tasty. Unfortunately, the new pool was not yet ready for use - hopefully soon. Everything is dirt and gravel like most of this part of the country, so on windy days, as most are, the wind and vehicles do kick up bit of dust. The WiFi was fine on the weekend (up to 2MB/s), when the CG was not very busy, but during the week or when crowded, it was barely usable (generally <100KB/s, but usually <50KB/s). AT&T coverage was good, with 2-3 Bars of LTE service and speeds up to about 8 MB/s. There were few tall trees, so we were able to get DISH coverage on all three western satellites at our site.
