Check-In: Simple and convenient. Pre-check via text. Knew exactly where to go. Also met by a really nice host couple to greet us.
Friendliness: Nice people.
Store: Did not go inside the office. Might not have been a store.
Site: Pull-through. Somewhat level. Packed dirt/Gravel. Not much grass available for pups. Unpaved.
Hookups: Full hookups with 50 AMP. Worked as expected.
Location: 30 min to an hour from Escalante National Monument, Capitol Reef, and Bryce Canyon. Some decent food nearby. Believe it or not, you have got to eat at Escalante Mercantile! Everything is so good! Pizza is among my favorite there. Truly! Not happy with cost and quality of Circle D restaurant next to the RV park.
Laundry: Nice facilities.
Park's Wifi: Googling. Could not work on it. Needed to use our hotspots for work and to stream a movie just fine (we also have WeBoost).
Propane: Not to our knowledge
Ice: Not to our knowledge

The location in the Escalante is good, but the sites are jam-packed. Good communication via email prior to arrival. Full hookups, clean restrooms and walking distance to several restaurants and other services in Escalante. We especially liked the Mexican food truck at the entrance to the park.

Escalante is a small town and not much was open but the area is awesome.

I had high hopes considering the reviews, but other than the cute look when you first pull in this park was disappointing! We have a smallish rig and our site was a squished with no table ( or even room for a table !) . The only “view “ was of other trailers . We were going to stay longer but changed our minds . Would not stay again .

It's pretty rural. So I believe this is the best place to stay. I had an issue and I had the camp host and owner at my door to help figure out the problem. They text you wifi in advance so no check in hassle. Clean air conditioned laundry and showers. Strong wifi even out on the end spot.

Stayed here one night on a detour—originally planned on staying somewhere closer to Bryce Canyon, but I wanted to hike lower calf creek falls the following day which is only 30 minutes-ish from this rv park. I found this RV park on campendium. Very friendly staff over the phone and at checkin. I was in Spot 14 which is at the end. In my opinion one of the best spots of the park—you only have neighbors on one side. Unfortunately, my neighbors had a late checkin and made quite a bit of noise in the middle of the night on their arrival. The spots can be a little close together. I was in a campervan. The bathroom/laundry/shower facilities were all acceptably clean. I think the rv park has wifi, but I used my phone as a hotspot and was able to get some online school work done just fine. This park is small and quirky, but in a really good way! They have some cabin-like rentals in addition to tent camping spots which looked pretty neat from the outside. You can tell this park is either owned and operated by the same people or owned and ran by people who have a sense of pride in what they are doing. I would easily stay here again, hopefully next time with quieter neighbors. Thank you for the hospitality!

Very inexpensive RV park, friendly check-in experience, campground is orderly and well-kept, quiet at night, very safe neighborhood, nice family campground. Bathrooms/showers were clean, campsite was pull-thru, but campsites very close together. I had to unhitch my pickup from my 19’ trailer, then park my pickup sideways in front of my trailer so that I was not blocking the narrow lane between rows of RVs. Escalante is very small town so businesses/eateries shut down early in evening. All in all, it was a very good experience, priced right, and I would definitely stay here again.

We left Moab because of the heat and discovered this park by accident. The best parts:
1) They're right in town close to all the restaurants and shops
2) Wifi: 30M download (we fulltime and work... this is amazing)
3) It's really close to all the Escalante trails
4) The sites are easy to get into
5) It's a very quiet area and park
