So we stayed here for three nights. In most of the sites there are so many prickly bushes surrounding you really have no outdoor space. So if you are just staying for the night, probably not a bad place. we originally had the “Barney” site and we immediately moved to the “Roundy” site which is the “group” site that fits maybe 3 vehicles. this site has the most openness and we enjoyed the time there. It costs twice a much as the Barney site, however, it looks like no one really stays at this campground so we moved to it. There is no way to cancel your reservation on the website, so I called and I left a message to make up the difference and no one ever called me back, so we enjoyed the stay in that particular site. the rest of them are overrun with bushes.

Campground was overrun by weeds 3-4 feet high. Doesn’t appear it has been maintained in quite some time (months), making it nearly impossible to even use the sites. Had to find other accommodations even though this one was paid in advance. No one around to address complaints, no one responds at listed phone or email. Not a happy camper!

There are 3 sites that would accommodate us a 30ft tt. Barney, Woolsey (even larger) and Shurtz. There are bathrooms that were clean, picnic tables, and a fire pit, which we didn't use too windy. Water was at our site so we connected. One other camper over night, liked having the place to ourselves!

The 4 trailer sites have water close enough to hook up to, no electricity or dump station but nice picnic tables and fire pits. There are clean flush toilets at the Heritage Center but it’s a bit of a walk to them. Seems like a new place and they still need to work on a few things like a dumpster. Oh and we had great cell service. No camp host or check in so have your reservation available in case another camper didn’t realize it took reservations.
