Phillips RV Park has been in the family since the 1940s, but they have kept up with the times. We had a FHU, pull-in site, but we used electricity only, since we had water in the fresh tank and it was below freezing. We wanted something in Cheyenne so we could easily do some sight-seeing. Hide-a-way is right across the Union Pacific Railyards from downtown and state government center, so it is well placed.
