The very nice lady I spoke with on the phone said that this is for guests of the Residents who live in Coosawattee only. I only gave it 3 stars because I didn’t get to stay but I hear that it’s nice.

"Fantastic Spot!"
Easy road back, close to downtown Cortez and Mesa Verde. Spots are easy to get to and isolated from each other, perfect. I came here on October 1, 2021 so no bug problems. Nice trails to walk the dogs.
