"Good place for a few nights."

Small park with water and power. That's all... Dumping station on site. We stayed 3 nights. Easy access. Spots flood out if you get rain but overall a great place. Starlink works in all spots.

"OMG!"

Only stoped for the night and ended up staying another day. Only campground with availability so, our expectation was low... Park is beautiful with level concrete pads. Nice pond and lots of space to walk and relax.

I echo the last review. Great park! Got very lucky to get a site. They only have one pull-thru but it is huge. Rest of the park is full time. Great owner and neighbors!

"Small, small, small"

Only five spots in this park! It is literally a Conor lot for a house. Quiet, and right downtown. Park was easy to get setup but leaving is another issue. Big rigs will have a problem leaving. Great stay I highly recommend.

"Great RV Park!"

By far the best place to stay while in Mobile. Sites are large and spaced far apart. Never used the showers or laundry but both were clean. Turn into the park is a little hidden and hard to see at night.
