"Campground Full of Snow - Stayed in Plowed Semi-Trucker's Lot Next Door"
Stayed here on April 7, 2024. The campground was a foot deep in snow so I stayed in the plowed trucker's lot next door. No services. It was pretty cold and snowy and covered in ice. Gas available. The restaurant next door was okay. The parking lot was level and by morning, full of trucks. Not too noisy as traffic was minimal.
We've been out for 6 weeks though B.C., the Yukon, and Alaska. This was the the worst of all. Very close quarters, not very level, dirty showers, toilets that wouldn't flush, and the Wifi absolutely non existent.
This time we stayed in rest area, more road noises but easier to put slides out when you don't want to disconnect
In campground there are a couple pull up/thru sites but tight with slides out
Wonderful place to overnight

We lucked out and got a back-in spot by the lake. The pit-privies were clean, puppy poop bags were available around the park, and they have a recycle bin. There is also a picnic...
