Well kept grounds, very clean and restrooms and showers are available. Only draw back, not easy cell service.

This is a quiet County Park that feels remote but is not too far from civilization. (25 minutes to Roseburg Costco). We stayed here in the beginning of March and again at the end of April. Only a few people camping each time.
We stayed in #44 last time and for 2 nights this trip. We then had to move to 42 because 44 was booked (but never occupied). Both are decent sites, but you can only see the North Umpqua river from 44. There are also excellent views from a nearby yurt.
The few campers we saw enjoyed a great fishing spot or the 27 hole disc golf course.
Cell phone coverage is spotty. With Verizon, about .5 Mbps download and .03 upload in the site. Down by the river, 4.47 Mbps down and 1.88 up. If you want better coverage, you only have to go to the overlook near the park entrance.

We stayed a couple nights at site 44 in the upper campground which has a view of the river. Most sites in the upper campground do not have a river view. We moved to the opposite end of the campground when a large group of people moved in to the neighboring campsite. The next few days were quiet. Some sites in the upper campground have hookups, the lower campground sites do not have hookups. The lower campgrounds sites are beside the river.
Our Verizon signal varied depending on where we were in the campground. Sometimes we had 3 bars and sometimes no signal.
I added pictures of several sites in the upper campground.
