Does anyone know if there are trash cans available near Twin Lakes Reservoir? If not what do you recommend for bear-safe trash when tent camping? Thanks!

No, there are not. You will want to stow trash in your vehicle, get a campsite at one of the established campgrounds, or use a bear bag for trash.
