SOME of the roads are hard packed, but there are spots with 1 - 3" of sand, we went to 4 wheel drive. Go slow and be very careful.

Yes, very much so. It is just a dusty dirt road and would not be a lot of fun when rain soaked (for a motorcycle) unless you like getting wet.

I wouldn’t. It’s gravel and some very soft dirt. Only a dirt bike or ATV would probably be acceptable
