Sites are nicely spaced and many are right on the river. Just a short ways off the main drive (150) on a fairly easy dirt road.
Lots of hiking within 5 to 10 miles.
Well toilets are well-kept and camp hosts were excellent ! I was told there was a black bear spotted 50 yards from camp while I was there

The other sites were wonderful too (#17 is exceptionally beautiful but not on the river side). We were camping in tents and the ground was a bit uneven.
The camp host was very nice and the bathrooms were exceptionally clean. This campground is conveniently located near Stillwater trailhead and Christmas Meadows.

Nice well spaced sites, many with river frontage. The vault toilets were clean and supplied with toilet paper. It is shaded by ponderosa pines and aspen. Most of the campers in the area seem to have opted for the dispersed sites.
