When we stayed one night there while passing through in 2017 we did not make a reservation and there was hardly anyone staying there. Mostly empty. Nothing fancy about the place, at least not then, but a great view of the city lights below at night. There is a steep hill to get up to it. Again, this was in 2017, five years ago, so it may have changed.
