Of course this is not a campground, it is BLM land that is available to disperse camp. The idea here is boondocking. There will always be those that don't follow the rules; just don't be one of those.

Yes Corect. There are a lot of Scumbag RV'ers there and a few homeless that all are feckless and trash the places with garbage and human wast. We have done some clean up but every time we return it looks worse that before. We just stay on outer road like area for only a day or two then get the hell out.

That's correct. I stayed only one night going west. I would stay again, had no issues at all. Though I expect I wouldn't stay in summer...it's silly hot anywhere around there in summer.
