yes, first part of campground guess they might call it top half. bottom half only pit toilets but nicer camping spots. Showers take quarters, nice and hot when we were there .

San Simeon Creek sites have 5 real restrooms throughout the campground. There are water faucets but not for filling your RV. Potable water for RVs is available at the dump station.
