The washrooms are the nicest I’ve seen in a campground and the pool is great on hot afternoons. Everything is clean and pretty fresh. There were also rock formations behind our site that our kids enjoyed climbing. Our site was very unlevel but that’s really my only complaint.

Sites were very unlevel, dump pipe for me not close and would have been uphill, campground only 1/4 full and still had to wait for bathroom. Area we stayed in was fairly empty but office placed rigs right next to and behind me. Not any privacy

We stayed here for one night while traveling between Kanab and Bluff. When you turn off of Coppermine Road, make the first right to drive to the office, where there are a few RV parking spaces for checking in.
This year-old campground is a mix of pull-through and back-in sites organized in multiple rows and loops, plus about a dozen cabins. The roads are asphalt; a number of them are one-way roads with signs to that effect but weren't marked as such on the campground map. All of the sites have a picnic table, a fire ring, a gravel pad and a rock lawn (1-2 inch stones), with a bit of landscaping in-between sites (small plants, small boulders, and usually at least one young sapling). There are concrete curbs at the entrance and exit of each site, and the hookups are located near the back of the site. All sites are open to the sky, so there's no shade to be had until the trees mature. Our site (111) was level side-to-side but definitely sloped upward a bit front-to-back: nothing we couldn't handle.
Behind the office is an outdoor seating area with several tables sporting umbrellas next to what's labeled as a "cafe" (unclear what they served beyond coffee), and a few outdoor plush chairs and couches next to propane fire pits. Also in this area is the swimming pool, a small grassy area with more sapling trees, and one of the three bathhouses within the campground. Each bathhouse has a small laundry area with credit-card powered machines, a hangout area with a tall table with several chairs surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows, and several individual unisex bathrooms with shower stalls. The shower stalls are enclosed in glass and have shampoo and body wash dispensers. There are also five dumpsters scattered throughout the park
Even though there are a few dog poop stations, the grassy area and the enclosed dog park were the only areas (besides the asphalt roads) our dog was comfortable walking on. The dog park surface is a small gravel surface similar to the site pads, and the park has two separate gates and a dog poop station but no dedicated lighting (nearby street lights provide some light).
In terms of cell service, the best bandwidth I saw on my Verizon Jetpack with MIMO antenna showed 27 Mbps down and 10 up, and we could stream video in the evening once my de-prioritized service wasn't competing with everyone else. The best speed I saw on my AT&T smartphone with 5G was 26 down and 12 up. I tried out the WiFi and only saw .55 down and .82 up.
The views surrounding the campground - the nearby bluffs and the long valley view towards the northeast (which we could see outside our campground) - are nice, but it's not the best campground for sitting outside your rig, and even with the stylish amenities it's a bit pricey for what you get. Then again, you are in a sightseeing area.

Also the approach to each site is a bit high. Enjoy yourself at this lovely park but bring enough levelers.

Beautiful location and very clean and new. Bathhouses were nice and clean, felt like I was at a nice resort not a campground. Didn’t love the curbs everywhere but I’m sure there is a drainage reason for that. Very accommodating for a just stop in no reservations.

I recently stayed at the Roam America Horseshoe Bend RV Resort and let me tell you, it was such a great experience! This place is not your average campground - it's like a hidden oasis right in the middle of Arizona's breathtaking landscapes.
First off, let's talk about the location. It's nestled so close to some of the most incredible slot canyons in the area. I'm talking about Upper Antelope Canyon, Lower Antelope Canyon, Rattle Snake Canyon, Owl Canyon, and of course, the iconic Horseshoe Bend. If you're into exploring and immersing yourself in nature's beauty, this place is a dream come true.
Now, let's chat about the staff. These folks really know how to make you feel at home. From the moment I arrived, they greeted me with warm smiles and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was nothing short of amazing. It's refreshing to encounter such friendly and welcoming people who genuinely care about their guests.
The resort is also just a stone's throw away from several fast food restaurants and a Walmart. So whether you need to stock up on supplies or satisfy your hunger cravings, everything is just minutes away.
Cleanliness? Check. Strategic location? Check. Exceptional service? Check. Convenience? Double check. Roam America Horseshoe Bend RV Resort checks all the boxes for a perfect RV adventure in Arizona. Trust me, you won't regret making this place your home away from home.

Although it is new, you will see on most days this RV park has many, many empty spaces, due to the bad management here. On the first day I arrived I was told by the agent at the desk that I could select my site from any of the empty sites which I did. After driving my rig to the site I was then contacted by the manager and told I had to move somewhere else to another site which she had assigned to me, because apparently that site was one of their most popular and profitable and they didn't want me there. She did not care that I had been driving all day or about anything but the money to be made from renting that site at a nightly rate and clearly did not communicate this to the employee at the front desk. This would set the tone for all my interactions with the management here. They do not communicate well with their staff, they also don't care about the comfort or safety of guests. I had stayed there for several months until they asked me for proof of employment and then told me I had to leave by the end of the month even though I had already paid my monthly rent and had paid up until the 18th of the following month. They refused to issue me a prorated refund and are still placing unauthorized charges on my credit card without my consent, which is illegal and my bank is looking into it. I believe this was due to my reporting of some safety and quality of life issues, since they only asked me to provide this info after I mentioned some unattended campfires in the firepits, which constitutes illegal retaliation. Some of these issues included unattended campfires, off leash aggressive dogs and noise pollution including repetitive late night barking. see video here tinyurl.com/579fbfrh
When I mentioned the unattended campfire issue to Stan the maintenance person he aggressively got in my face, yelling and spitting and said, quote "This is private property we can do whatever the hell we want". and then threatened to start a fire right next to my RV. see video here tinyurl.com/568j96yk This will give you some idea of the type of people they have running this place. If the owner of this place has any sense instead of challenging my factual and documented review they will reconsider their choice in management.

crews walking through our site. There was some kind of work being done, so there was a crew milling about. However, they were walking through our sites (and not once or to do something there, but throughout our whole stay.)
Sites are also pretty tightly crammed in. We were stuck next to other people when there were plenty of empty sites during our entire stay. They could have spread us out a bit more.
Also this place is now called Roam America Horseshoe Bend. I guess yet another rebranding was needed.

They provide toiletries needed, including shampoo, conditioner & body wash. Laundry facility included, but did use them. Nice, clean pool. Cute little store inside the office that you’ll find your basic camping needs that you might have forgotten. Fire pits on each site. Campground is landscaped with young desert loving plants that will take some time to grow in and will be even more lovely then. Nice hikes all around. Close to Horseshoe Bend & Lake Powell/Antelope Canyon. Not A Single Complaint! Will Return.
