Reel Chill RV Resort

We stayed 11 days of a monthly stay, decided to leave early. The positive, most of the staff is very friendly, the heated pool is nice and the sites are nice. Our Verizon service was not usable, but the park had wifi which was somewhat useable. Our site backed up to the septic (sites on the right side pulling into the park) field, it got quite smelly, I believe they might have been having issues as an alarm went off. The website says all sites have picnic tables which is not the case. When we pulled in, ours did not. We asked and were told there were 50 tables, but there are 117 sites. Not a big problem, the host said he would get us one when available. Two guests pulled in days after us and were given tables, none was at the sites, we never got a table, i assume we asked the wrong person. Overall pretty nice, but not a place we would return.

Reel Chill is a relatively new RV Park. Their sites are spacious, with lots of grass between the concrete, so plenty of room for slide outs, picnic tables, etc.

The restrooms are clean and well stocked with hand soap and paper towels.

The camp hosts are very welcoming, nice and knowledgeable people.

There is a doggie park which is not small but not huge either. However, my two little'uns loved it and met some new friends there.

It was a little cool to use the pool but it looked very clean and had some nice loungers and tables & chairs around it.

The only down side is the noise from the road; however, I would not let this deter you as it is a great RV Park with wonderful hosts and lots of grassy space between the sites.

I would recommend this RV Park to everyone; it is well worth a visit.
