Very nice people. Easy access to dump and water. They charge $15 for just the dump and water, no staying overnight in site or anything.

Easy access off 169 either direction. Large pull thru dump area. Cap was submerged in rainwater but was able to reach in, open, and rainwater drained. Only issue was water to flush black tank was turned off.
