Pillsbury State Park Campground

This is a small State campground in a wooded, hilly region of southwestern New Hampshire with pondside sites. There are no facilities or electricity at the campground, but it does have centrally located water spigots. Be prepared to drive to them to refill your containers, because it is a long walk from most of the sites to the spigots. Many of the sites are large enough for small to medium sized campers, but you won't see any large rigs here. The waterfront sites are the nicest, so they book up far in advance. There are hiking trails right from the campground, and you can kayak from the waterfront sites if you have your own, or rent one or a canoe from the office. There are no showers or flush toilets. This is a campground for people who enjoy a wilderness setting and want to be outdoors enjoying this beautiful location.
