I took a walk on the road outside the park and found a nice little creek. We were here on a Saturday night, and there were some folks gathering at one RV set up for outdoor fun, but it wasn't loud.
We liked this place enough to consider extending our stay, so we did like the place. So the following things aren't negatives or criticisms, just things to be aware of.
The sites number up to 80. There is one (1) toilet in the shower/laundry building. There are two shower rooms, and one contains the lone toilet for campers in the entire campground. So if someone is showering in that room, the toilet is unavailable. Again, not a criticism because there are full hookups, no tent camping, so everyone can use their own RV instead of staff having to clean 8 toilets. I get it. Also, it's possible people don't lock the door while showering, so beware!
The washing machines were unusual in that they have sensors that will adjust the length of the cycle. Meanwhile, your money buys you a certain amount of time. So if your money runs out when there's one minute to go in your wash cycle, the washer simply stops and the lid remains locked. We know this because we had to add a loonie in this situation. After paying the dollar, the lid almost immediately unlocked.
Again, not negative things, and I would stay here again.

They work very hard at upgrading the park and making sure it is kept clean. Yes, they have cleanliness and speed "rules", but it benefits everyone in the park. Who wants to have a yahoo speeding on the road, kicking up dust all over your diesel pusher or fifth wheel.
We changed our reservation to a premier site along the perimeter so we would have the comfort of shade from the forest canopy. If you make a reservation, choose the perimeter sites as they will park you right up to the forest. Each site is huge and can accommodate any size rig and multiple vehicles. We chose to stay 3 nights to explore the area and the towns of Peachland and Kelowna. Al sites are 50 amp service with full hookups.
The park campsite fee is high (why we gave only 4 stars) and doing laundry will be also pricey, but great location in forest away from the highway. WiFi is very good as the multiple routers are placed all around the interior of the park
We used our Starlink for wifi calling, so no idea how regular coverage was. We would stay here again.

Location is next to Highway 97C, but very little noise as campground is located downhill from the highway.
Overall a quiet campground.
Strict rules on cleanliness and speed control. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Campground has good complimentary WiFi.
Good cell service from Rogers.
Very poor cell service from Telus.

We had a “premium" site -15% higher price - has 2 ft high sewage pipe off the ground. That makes it unusable for any RV drain. The “premium” site does not even have a table.
Management very rude. Customer service non-existent.
No privacy.
The pictures on their website are more likely from an exotic destination - far, way far away from what is the reality.
Refund policy – no refund.
