Overall Rating

If you go back too far the forest takes over so the bigger rigs will have difficulty. But lots of opportunities before then. Woke in the morning to some deer.
Check the seasons because it can get muddy. But also, there are beautiful fields of wild flowers in the spring.

Overall Rating

Not far past the start of 117A is a spur that enters the field to the left. This spur is the route to numerus campsites along the treeline. The spur itself is rocky. It does not require high clearance, but one should go slow.

The sites along the treeline are large and flat. The give the opportunity for a solar site, but with privacy. The woods they back up to has numerous small roads within leading to more remote campsites. Most sites are sized for a large rig.

If you follow the spur along the treeline please note that about 1/4 a mile along it does go into the trees. The low branches on this section will prevent any entry for a 5th wheel or similar height vehicle.
