“Far Enough Away from Road to Avoid Dust”

This is a nice, grass-and-dirt area at the junction of two spurs. It's far enough away from both that I didn't experience any road dust. The ground is rolling but generally flat, so only a bit of leveling will be necessary. A couple rock fire rings in the area. This area could fit 3-4 pieces of equipment if you all know each other.
The grass was thick and tall in several established areas, so a trimmer might be beneficial. It's a big teardrop so pull-through is possible. The area seems to be popular with equestrian campers because of the lush grass, so road apples and a certain "bouquet" are present.
The spot can fit equipment of any size as evidenced by the fact that the couple who left right before me had a gigantic duelly pickup truck and a gigantic live-in horse trailer. The quarter mile or so of road right before the turn-off is pretty skinny, so you might want to scout ahead so that you don't meet said horse trailer head-on and have a mere inch or two to squeeze past each other. :-) I saw a couple dozen vehicles in this area during my 18-hour stay.
This spot is right on the Continental Divide Trail. This portion happens to be a shortish section of road, but the footpath is available in both directions nearby.
I had 2 bars of unboosted 4G good for about 1.5 Mbps down but with a long ping.
