Leisure Valley 55+ RV Park

This park got us close to Tuscon on short notice. Manager and maintenance is really good, nice pool area and large center with activities. Being short term we were close to the road which is busy and noisy if your windows are open. These sites are right next to each other so it was very limited on space and NO privacy. No cable and antenna has to be long range. We got wifi since we were close to the office, was ok. Miserable part is they have seven flags flying and the metal clips clang and bang on the flag poles constantly since it always had a breeze. Neighbors were friendly and park seemed safe. Good location to access Tuscon to visit state park and shopping center down the road has everything.

The camp grounds is very clean. Each site has water, electric and sewer. Across the drive is an exceptionally clean shower and laundry facility. Plus a hot tub and pool, again very clean.

For the two pups, there were two fenced in areas to play. These areas were also clean and refreshed daily.

My spot backed up to a very busy road. The other side of the park is much quieter. Which ever side you are on the Park hosts lots of big rigs

The manager Cookie is very friendly and helpful. She is actually the star of the
park chalked full of amenities.
