"Poverty Flats And Snowbird Mesa Run Together "

We arrived mid afternoon and had plenty of choices. We took the first spot and didn’t crowd any one. There was one camper that looked to have settled in for some time. Most appear to be traveling. Space is rocky like gravel. And lots of room where you can park on the edge. Looks crumbly. Don’t get too close. Clean so let’s keep it that way....

"Favorite COE Campground So Far"

This island campground is spacious and very clean. We had a lakefront pull through with only one neighboring site. Very private for being in the open. The gate house was unmanned and the camp host did not “check” us in into our last evening. Eureka springs is close by as well as Pea Ridge National Military Site.

"Camped Next To The Big Horn River"

We were the only overnight campers. Easy access on short gravel road, good even after a heavy rain. It was very clean, trash bins had been emptied. We watched five American white pelicans on the opposite side of the river, as well as multiple hawks, ducks and other birds. Site was level. The most noise came from the geese.

"Clean Facilities, Quiet, Right Along the River"

Easy to get to the campground. There were trailers, fifth wheels, class A, camper vans, and a few tents. Most sites right along river and others can see the river. Beautiful spot. Spacious, grass sites. Parking spot was gravel and level, and most looked level. We saw a few bald eagles. An hour from Great Smokey Natl Park.

"Great Location, Long Wide Spaces"

Stayed here one night in 215. It looks to be a newer site and is just a gravel pad with 30/50a hookups, no tables BBQ or fire pits. Super convenient and close to the park. Easy access and mostly level. Zero trees in this side of the park which is nice for Starlink access. Toilets and showers are decent. Only nit was the lack of decent...
