Overall Rating
In fairness we only stayed 2 nights just to visit friends so we didn't check the entire park out but it is mainly full of park models, and fairly old ones in some cases, but clean enough. We stayed in one of the pull through sites at the rear of the park. Each site has a concrete patio but your neighbors septic is certainly part of your landscape and that always knocks off a point for me right from the start. Power & water were good; people were friendly enough. And it was easy enough to get through in a big rig even though you will think different when you first pull in but plenty of room at the rear of the park. We can't imagine ever going to Coolidge again but if we did and had to stay I guess we might stay here unless we found a place to dry camp.
