There are several basic sites that are only $24 with no water or hookups. Since we don’t need either we stayed in one of those by the water. Mosquitoes were bad as expected. Bathrooms and showers are very nice though. Road noise was pretty loud even in our trailer. Other than that, a nice easy on and off location.

The check in was easy and owner was very nice. Sites are all gravel & grass but mostly level. Our site overlooked their private lake with canoes and kayak rentals, catch and release fishing, and swimming beach. Highway noise was not a problem. Fire ring and picnic table at site. Not all sites are full hookup.
This is not a "Resort" but is a very nice and relaxing campground. Wildthing and myself would stay again.

May want to stop at the Golden Spike Tower and see the largest rail yard in the world in action- nice road-trip find!

You can walk around the private lake or choose to use the paddle boats or kayaks ($7 for 30 mins) and fishing is allowed. We only needed 30amp and water so we picked a spot right next to lake.
It is right off I80 but when inside with AC I can’t hear anything.
We checked out bathrooms (3 showers each and clean, women’s smelled like cigarettes men’s smelled like wood and a dash of Polo).
The young lady at reception desk was very welcoming. If you are headed this way I think it is worth it.

Campground was somewhat run down bathrooms that left a lot to be desired. Although nothing occurred while there it’s not a really safe looking campground. More like a big gravel parking lot

Right place at the right time. Pulled in around 6pm and office staff was still there. She was very friendly and got me a great site #2 which was next to lake and a pull thru. Price was $41 full hookups. Would stay there again. The park was large enough to take a stroll by the lake, which was nice after the long drive.

There is an old fashioned vibe at this campground. We had a PT w/e 50 amp site that was easy to get into and basically level. Lots of mature trees and room for kids and pets to roam. No WiFi but there are OTA channels and we could stream with AT&T.
