Question about Hot Spring North LTVA

I only see one vault toilet by the hot springs. Is there really only one?

There are 2 toilets in one building. Theyre for day use. If you’re staying in LTVA area limits you are supposed to be self contained. Some Officious LTVA person will likely bug you if overnight at springs.
