This BLM campground is well-maintained and quiet with trees and restrooms. We arrived on a Friday and were able to easily find 2 sites together. There was plenty of room for our 36 ft class A and our tow vehicle. Most of the time we were there the place was almost empty.
There was easy access to Dead Horse State Park, Canyonlands and Arches, and it's about 30 minutes into the town of Moab. We would definitely stay here again

Many people have said what needs to be said. We loved it. Spacious sites. Great stars. Lovely sunrises and sunsets. Fill up water before you come. No problems. Easy access to most spots. Def would go back.

The campground has a network of MTB trails surrounding it that were lots of fun, as well as a nice little hiking trail. Views were fantastic at sunset, sunrise, and the stars at night were incredible. Overall we loved this spot and would definitely camp here again.

Camped 3 nights on 10/3/2020. Nice typical campground just up the road from Canyonlands National Park and close to Arches. Downsides are that it does not have water but we wanted to have a campfire so we had to camp in a developed campground. Fires were not allowed in dispersed areas. That may change with the season and fire danger. Campground was very quiet at night, which I attribute to the campers being tired mountain bikers for the most part.

We stopped here for just one night to experience Canyonlands and Arches. We setup here in the afternoon after deciding on this place over a dispersed area on 191. We picked 23 because it was next to the bathrooms (vault toilets) and what we thought were the best views. The bathroom did start to smell, so next time we’d probably setup a few sites down.
After returning from a night-hike at Delicate Arch, we came home to the Big Dipper sitting above our tent. This was a great area, although not very private. A typical campground setup, we were just lucky that there were maybe only 3 other groups at the time. If I were to do a similar trip again, I’d most likely go for the free dispersed area back on 191. I love the campground, but I would have been just as happy down the road and to save the $20.
Vault toilets and no problems with AT&T cell service.

We stayed here on Sept.13, a Friday evening, but there were still quite a few sites open. It was quite warm and buggy but as evening came it cooled down and the bugs disappeared. Not very many trees, but the views made up for it. Especially the sunset.

We had site 16 and the sunsets were fantastic. There are plenty of sites for longer rigs, ( ours is 34 ft ). Cell service was nonexistent (T-mobile). Very clean and stocked vault toilets. Camp host (Eric) very friendly. The only downside was there are no trash receptacles in the campground. They put a big trash bin about 100yds outside the main gate on the dirt road leading to Hwy 313. Would definitely stay again.

Close to other bike trails, Dead Horse state park and Canyon Lands Park.
