Stayed here one night on my way to Pittsburg. Trash at one site, but I chose a sight by the lake (look for the yellow tent symbol on the trees for where you can stay) that was gorgeous, quiet, and relaxing. I was the only one here so far as I could tell and heard no one else. A nice little escape in the woods!

Lovely place to stay in the forest with a little lake and active wildlife! There is a shooting range nearby but the noise wasn’t prevalent enough to bother me. The road in is gravel and offshoots to sites are dirt which can get muddy in the rain, but I saw many small vehicles come through successfully.

We unfortunately came in after 9:00PM which made it very difficult to find a sight while not being familiar with anything. We attempted an area that had a camping sign and found it to be occupied. The 2 approved sights that we found... more
