No, it is a National Park operated by the National Park Service. Beautiful park, stunning gulf beaches, great trails, and a lot of history.

In 2017, the campground was available to everyone. I haven’t stayed there since 2017, so you would need to reach out to them or check their website.

Nope, it's a regular National Park Service campground. The fort is a historic structure that you can hike to from the campground.
