It isn't a rest area, it's a commercial truck stop, built with tax-payer funds. Florida and I are going to have a talk. This is one of the nicest rest stops you will find. It is clean and has nice covered picnic areas, dog areas, and all features you would expect at a rest area. Also, it has water at each picnic area. Far enough off the highway to minimize noise, except for the trucks parking there of course.
