Jacob was incredibly helpful and accommodating. He provided all the assistance and advice that we needed.
Promptly answered his phone and rescued us when we needed in the gate. Told us where to find the March Madness basketball game we wanted to watch and how to get into downtown on our bicycles.

We do not have a toad and wanted a location that we could bike into the bathhouses. Unbeknownst to us, this location was very close to the bicycle path that took us right into downtown. Perfect! And.....my Iowa Hawkeye women were playing the final 8 game and we were withing walking distance of the casino, which had a spectacular sports bar.

This is a fairly new rv park, paved and very level sites. Good wifi.

“Great Option In Hot Springs”

Overall Rating

It’s brand new and the concrete pads are great! They texted us the day of to confirm our arrival time so that they could have the gate open for us. They showed us to our site and had an easy back in site ready for our 43 foot fifth wheel!

It’s a small park with maybe 40 sites in the shape of an L. There are not many amenities, per se. However this is a great for bigger rigs, who want to explore the race, track, casino, and wander through Hot Springs for a few days.

There is a nice dog park in the corner and all three exits are gated.

The nightly price was 65, but there seem to be a lot of taxes and fees added on which brought my total price per night closer to 76. I felt as it was a little pricey. That’s one of the only things that would hold us back from returning.

Just a few things to note: the turn in to the main entrance is on a blind curve, so be cautious before turning left into the property. If the gate is not open, do not attempt the turn with a longer rig as you would impede traffic on that blind curve. Also, there are neighbors close by with roosters that started around 5 AM! I am an early riser and my husband can sleep through anything so it didn’t necessarily bother us. Haha!
