First time visiting - there is a lift gate at the entrance which went up as soon as I turned in the driveway. There were two attendants who were very friendly and helpful. One helped me back into the dump station (there are 2 side-by-side and both are back-in). The other then directed me to the propane station. If you're towing you'll need to disconnect and if you're a big rig some maneuvering will likely be necessary but not difficult.

The dump was below ground level so very accessible with great drainage. Dedicated hoses for flush and fresh water fill, completely separate with backflow preventers.

They also have a small store with RV supplies and firewood. Dump and propane are only available during business hours. I posted a photo with the hours.

A great place in the city to dump, get fresh water and fill propane! They are set up for a quick in and out and you cant beat the location!
