Overall Rating

Very clean, VERY quiet. Except for the occasional train in the distance. No amenities for kids but this place is new and the owners are working on it. For the money it is the best place near Jacksonville FL.

I loved the location and how quiet it was washers and driers on site a nice pond to fish in beautiful sunsets couldn’t ask for much more will definitely be back

Next.to working ranch so as close to country living without all the work. Laundry facilities clean and reasonably priced...can use app so cash not a necessity. Will stay again when in the area.
