Good customer service. We were contacted by the staff while in route to confirm our arrival time. When a traffic accident on I-85 delayed us the RV Park staff made arrangements for our smooth check-in after regular business hours. The park has both long & short term sites with full hook-up and a good range of amenities. The pool, laundry & restrooms are very convenient to the short term sites. There is also a game room & putt putt golf course on the premises. The entrance to the RV sites is gated & controlled by an electronic key, so security is good. There are stores and activities close by. The only negative aspect I can mention is some road noise from the adjacent highway (SR 150). However I can say with confidence the noise is far less than one would experience at any RV park near an interstate highway. Later in the evening the noise road noise is virtually negligible. We will stay here again.
Two Buck Tours would stay here again

We stayed at Cross Country Campground after a failed attempt at mooch-docking at a friend's home (the joys of neighborhoods!)
We were here during January/February, which I would assume is the off-season for this area. The campground has 2 different sections - down in back is the 'never move your rig, full time dwellers' section, and up from near the road is for folks who plan to leave after a few days or weeks. Dotting the landscape are playground materials and trashcans sporting creepy clown paraphernalia. If you wander out into the realms of the 'full-time dwellers' you can find some unkempt trails that run through the woods and alongside some very pretty open lands. Sometimes dogs will find you running/walking out there and try to scare you, so maybe carry some pepper spray or a club for that scenario (the dogs left me alone after awhile of talking nicely to them).
Full hook-ups with the ability to receive mail at the office (hey, that can be a luxury in itself). Quiet people-wise during the off-season, but I could see how it could get a bit rowdy in the summer. Road noise in the 'I don't keep my RV here permanently' section, but nothing horrible.
Basketball courts, tennis courts, and a small playground for your entertainment pleasure. There is a pool that is probably open in the summer and an outdoor movie viewing area that is also probably open in the summer. The staff told us we were welcome to play mini-golf on their mini-golf course - it was locked, but they said they'd open it for us if we wanted. A 'clubhouse' with a microwave, vending machines, TV and fireplace is attached to the front office. Lake Norman is a few miles away if that is you intended destination. A gas station within view for all your YooHoo craving needs.
Overall, it gets the job done. Office staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely thought it was pricey for the location, but again, we were there in the 'down' season when lakeside activities are at a lull (this park is not lakeside, but close enough where you might stay there to go to the lake), so maybe it's worth it in the summer? Many RV parks along this strip, so something must be popping at some time of the year! We paid a weekly rate, which came to something like $30/night.
