There were many red flags prior to my stay but I was unable to find a spot anywhere else, so I settled. The manager doesn’t manage and admitted to me that she doesn’t know to much or even how to manage the park. Others in the park have informed me that they were told to fix problems themselves.
There is no Wifi, No cable and AT&T hardly gets two-bars. This park doesn’t serve nightly visitors. Long term is 535.00 a month plus electric. Way too much for what you get. I was told the management doesn’t clean the restrooms and the community has done it themselves at times.
Also. there was an additional charge of 100.00 which I have no idea what it was for. They do not take credit cards and require a money order or cashiers check for the balance upfront.
The only positives: It’s half mile walk to the beach, no kids, and very quiet. I would only stay here again if they lowered the price to reflect what you get.

I'm not sure how much the daily rate it, but the monthly (summer and winter) is $395 plus electric. I have a small trailer and my electric was $25 and I ran a space heater almost continuously. It's one of the best deals I've discovered. I was there in November and was the only non-resident. But everyone was super nice.
Long Beach is a very popular beach town during the summer months but pretty dead during the winter. I loved it. It was cool, but with a jacket we walked to the beach many times.
The park is small. The bathrooms are cleaned regularly. For two weeks of my stay they were renovating the women's bathroom so I had to shower in the men's which was inconvenient because I had to hang a sign daily and hope no one came in. They have 2 washers and dryers. There is a little rec room with a kitchen but I didn't spend any time in there. Their Adults Only is defined as over 40. For the monthly, they will hook up cable for you for free, but I don't watch tv so I didn't do that. I have an AT&T hotspot but internet was super slow so I paid $20 for the month to use theirs. During the day when others were at work, it worked great. Not as much in the evenings for YouTube and Skype, probably others down-streaming.
I would stay here again if I come back to the area. It is a few miles out of town but it was only 5 minutes to get to downtown.
.
Supersize Life would stay here again
