Camping Le Marquis

We camped here for one night. The facilities are very clean and orderly, especially bathrooms and showers. They do not have a specific place for washing dishes. I was instructed to wash dishes in a deep sink located in the laundry room, which I thought it was a bit strange, but served my purposes. The camp location is right by the waterfront, but only a few sites have the view of water. Showers are operated by quarter, good water pressure and adjustable water temperatures. The staff were very friendly. My only complaint is that the sites are very closed together, no tree or grass between sites. Each site is smaller than the standard size of a campsite. Sites without electricity hook up and water is $45, with these services is $60.

We enjoyed our stay here. We had a campsite on the water with a beaver swimming nearby. The staff was really nice. The seasonal campers were very nice too (95% of the campsites are for seasonal camping).

The bathrooms were immaculate but there is a coin operated shower $0.25 for about 8-10 minutes. I only needed $0.50 for a nice shower. The wifi was good but maybe not for streaming.

They allow pets.

There is a small farmer's veggie counter across the street and we felt safe at this campground.

We also had good Fido cell phone coverage. Although we likely won't be back since we live in the area, it helped to familiarize us with our new trailer.
