It seems some of the closer RV parks to Saguaro NP East are 55+. Do you actually need to be 55+ to stay here?

Nice landscaping, amenities, views. Surprisingly quiet for being so close to I-10. Clean bathrooms and functional laundry facilities. Ended up here when planned stay at the fairgrounds didn’t happen because they were closed. There are three sections to the park. The back area seems to be quite long term with some pretty questionable residents. On the east side are a dozen permanent mobile homes that are very well kept and nice looking. At the entrance area there are about three dozen pull through sites which is where we were. Very small so you’re on top of your neighbors but it was adequate for a short stay visiting friends in the area. Be aware it is a LONG way from anything other than Saguaro N. P. East.

Arrived late in the day for a one night stay. We arrived after hours, so picked up our complete package by the office and headed to our site. Level and easy to plug in and dump tanks. Wi-Fi was a challenge but we used phone hot spots (t-mobile) as signal was good. Bathrooms and showers clean. Very quiet. Easy on/off highway.

All crammed in, free Wi-Fi but it is a PITA to hook up to it. It’s big so you have to walk a bit for amenities (pool, bathroom, garage bin). If you’re in a pinch and need a safe place go for it - otherwise I’d pass and stay on free BLM land or a casino that is not too far from this location

It's a fairly typical RV park: lots of longer-term residents, campsites pretty close to one another.
My biggest issue is that they don't have any options for booking on-line. In the 21st century that's an issue! You have to call them to get a booking, but when I was trying to get a reservation, I called 6-7 times and every time I got an answering machine. For goodness sake: if you require a telephone conversation to accept a reservation, then answer your freaking phone!!!

Lynn, the manager figured out the best available rate for us since our stay was broken up by a week we spent in Sierra Vista. All facilities are super clean and well maintained. Located on the east side of Tucson right off I-10 but no traffic noise. Definitely will book here again next time we're in Tucson.

Sites are a little cramped. People here are very nice and don't mind that we weren't 55+. We used the hot tub (even during COVID). That last reviewer was just grumpy.
WiFi is unusable. ATT was almost unusable. It bounced bn 1 bar 5GE and 1 bar LTE. It was barely enough for us to work (no booster).
We would definitely stay here again. We recommend getting one of the outer spots, preferably on the west side. The sunsets and Mountain Views are great!

Overall it was no problem but was kind of a pain in the butt to put up a tent i wasn't actually going to use. I felt the residents were kind of concerned that I was planning to sleep in the tent since it was pretty cold at night.

This is a nice RV park. We knew upon booking that it was more of a long term place. So we weren’t caught off guard by the clutter & permanent structures. The sites were spacious and had a large concrete pad with portable fire pit. Two laundry facilities, pool, hot tub. The long term residents are definitely more entitled to the property & they’re not afraid to let you know. Wither it’s with their hateful demeanor or how they speed past you because they are obviously in a huge hurry to make their tee time. Ya know, typical the rules don’t apply to me attitude. All in all it was a decent stay. I DONT recommend the dog park! It’s full of cactus, obviously, and our little pup wasn’t a fan of getting them all in her paws. Plus we were told it’s full of rattlesnakes. They have a large part of the park where pets aren’t allowed. So keep that in mind.

This place is ridiculous. BUYERS REMORSE!
I'll start positive:
It's quiet, the surrounding nature is gorgeous. We have a nice large lot.
Now for the truth:
Wayyyy too expensive for the not fully open facility that's not even that nice to begin with.
We stayed here knowing that it was going to be cold and rainy this week. The pool and hot tub, bathrooms and laundry are open. Because of this, these people are CLEARLY not worried about germ spreading.
However, the gym is closed. We're paying $55 because they had an exercise facility we'd use while raining. If people are afraid of getting the boogie disease, they are also likely to never step foot in a gym anyway. Allow those of us who take care of our health to take our own risk. It's likely just a lazy excuse to not have to clean or take care of the facility. LAZY PEOPLE don't deserve success. My point is, if you do not wish to offer a full facility, you do not deserve to charge full price. You don't have a nice enough park to chage more that $40 anyway - and $55 is the weekly rate!!!
Additionally, they have tengointernet. THE WORST.
So many other places we could have chosen that aren't playing the C10 card with much nicer amenities. We will never stay here again.
Do not waste your money.
